The content of this thesis is to build a detached house for singles. It is a house with two floor and attic. The house consists of three separate units and a large lounge where the residents can socialize. One of the apartments is designed to be wheelchair accessible. The building is constructed of structural system Porotherm. Ceilings are ceramic – concrete with POT beams and insert MIAKO. The roof over most of the building is designed as a flat surcharge and the attic is sheltered by a counter conventional truss. Roofing is based on plasticized PVC.

The building is constructed of structural system of lime-sand bricks (KM Beta).The ceilings are prefabricated of the prestressed hollow core slabs Spiroll. The flat roof is surcharged of river aggregate.
